Interlink Tower Bangna is designed to meet the 10 core human health concepts of the WELL standard: Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, Materials, Mind, and Community.

Our project ensures optimal indoor air quality by utilizing advanced air filtration systems, low emission materials, and enhanced ventilation strategies that effectively reduce PM 2.5 and PM 10 particles. Additionally, regular air quality monitoring helps maintain safe levels of PM 2.5, PM 10, TVOCs, formaldehyde, and CO2, ensuring a healthy environment for all occupants. To further enhance indoor air quality, UVGI systems are installed in all air handling units (AHUs) to prevent microbial and mold growth.

Our project incorporates ample natural daylight, high-performance lighting systems, and glare control to create a visually comfortable setting while supporting circadian rhythms and uses solar shading to reduce glare and heat, making spaces more comfortable and energy efficient. We also provide supplemental lighting to brighten areas with little natural light, ensuring a well-lit environment throughout the day.

We encourage an active lifestyle by integrating design elements that promote movement, such as inviting staircases, dedicated fitness spaces, and pedestrian-friendly pathways. Ergonomic workspaces further enhance mobility and comfort.

A balanced indoor climate is maintained through adaptive thermal controls, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and user-adjustable settings. Additionally, our project meets ASHRAE-55 standards to ensure optimal thermal comfort and environmental quality.

A strong sense of community is fostered through shared spaces, wellness activities, and social programs. Our design includes lactation rooms for nursing parents, ensuring privacy and comfort.
